EVENT MISSION
To provide a platform for students to present innovative ideas, exchange technical knowledge, and enhance their presentation, analytical, and communication skills while fostering a culture of research and innovation in Computer Science and allied disciplines.
EVENT ROUNDS
Teams present their original research paper, methodology, technical architecture, and findings using visual slides before the expert panel.
Round Rules:
- Presentation must be strictly based on the submitted research paper PDF.
- 10 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for buffer/transition.
- All team members must participate in the presentation.
- Slide deck must be submitted prior to the session start.
GENERAL RULES
- Participants must report to the venue at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
- Teams must strictly follow the presentation schedule announced by the event coordinators.
- The presentation must be based on the research paper submitted during registration.
- Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
- Any form of plagiarism or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.
- The use of offensive, inappropriate, or unethical content is strictly prohibited.
- The decisions of the judges and event coordinators are final and binding.
